Validation Toolkit - Client Side Validation

I can't add validation type "Required" to any of my form elements. I get an error message:
While executing onClick ... the following JavaScript error(s) occurred:
At line 43 of file ... WAFV_Required_.js tag type is not defined

Validation Toolkit version 2.3.3 I also upgraded to 2.3.5 and still have the problem.
Adobe Dreamweaver CS4 Version 10 Build 4117
Running on Microsoft XP SP3

Have you already tried clearing the cache file or renaming the configuration folder? Normally you should clear the cache file first, if this does not resolve the problem there might be a corruption issue with your configuration folder. Here are two links that detail the steps you will need to take for both of these.

If after trying these you still have the error let us know so we can check it out some more.
