PowerCMS / Powergallery installation

I am wondering the best method of installing PowerCMS and Powergallery when using both solutions, with an existing site.

For example, if i have an existing site, which may well comprise a few pages in the root folder, with sub folders for CSSSculptor, Security Assist, CSSMenu Writer etc,

I want to add the features of PowerCMS and Powergallery to this site, is it best to install these as folders within the root folder ?

if I do this, am I not duplicating a lot of the WA folders?

Is there a tried and trusted method ?

When installing multiple solution packs on the same site, it is best to create a separate sub directory for each one. for example:

Thnaks Jason.

That's the approach I have adopted.

I get some duplicate folders, but it seems more convenient.
