PowerStore 3 Features

I bought the first powerstore and it has been useful, but I would like to see the following features before buying a new version:

1.- multilanguage, especially spanish besides english

2.- clients complaint about having to upload 3 images for each product. Couldn't the system resize the large product image to fit the other fields (listing, cart)?

3.- it is good that now it accepts categories and subcategories, but what if you need more alternatives, like for example:
main category: pumps
subcategory: water
sub-subcategory: manual
etc.

4.- some clients do not want to have their products purchase directly via credit card online, they just want to receive the orders and process the payment directly with the buyer via email, telephone, etc.

Please do let me know when you include these features.

Being able to upload more than one image allows for more customization if the user wants to have different images in the different views of the product. There are 2 upload fields in PowerStore 3.

I am unsure of any plans to implement foreign language support for PowerStore at this moment.

Sub-subcategories are supported already.

There is a setting in the admin pages that allows for setting up the store with no payment gateway already.

So these are new features on PowerStore 3. They are not on the first version? If so, how much would it cost me to buy the number 3? Please, special discount, I don't have that many clients nor they pay big bucks like in the US, I am in Peru.
