Serial Number Not Working

Hi I have just downloaded the update to ccs sculpture and now my serial numbers don't work, any ideas would be very helpful

It looks like the serial number is active. Have you tried copying the entire serial number and pasting it into the first box of the activation window? To do this, you would highlight the serial number and hit ctrl + c for windows and command + c for mac to copy and then click into the first box of the activation window and hit ctrl + v for windows and command + v for mac to paste it in.

Nothing I do works, I have tried this many times and have tried pasting in manually. It worked fine before the upgrade now neither of the supplied numbers work. I have also reset my activations and deleted my dreamweaver dat file, still no luck.

Please help I am trying to get something important done and there really is not the time to hand code this css.
