No internet connection detected

I am having issues activating my plugins for CSS menu writer and Sculptor. I have de-activated my anti-virus and even removed my anti-virus from my computer. I also adjusted the Windows firewall settings to make sure that I was not blocking Dreamweaver from the internet. I have refreshed and repaired my connection many times. But all the same result. The activation process starts with the error that no internet connection is detected, and then after I put in my serial number, it says it can't activate due to no connection. How can I fix this problem? Thanks for you help.

Dreamweaver Internet Connection problems

Hello... I just came across this thread and was wondering if you could help me with this same problem.. I am trying to enter my API information into a WebAssist extension but Dreamweaver keeps saying that "No internet connection is detected." Please let me know if there's something I can do to solve this problem...

The support team helped me through this campusteez, hopefully they have contacted you already about this. But everything is working great for me now. If they don't, I will go back in my old emails and gladly give you the instructions they gave me.

campusteez, what extension are you working with? You mention API Information, so I want to make sure where on the same page.

API Information would be for the PayPal Buttons extension, for entering the PayPal API.

Or do you mean license activation?

It's for the PayPal Buttons extension... I already did the license activation with the number I received through email.
