file upload

all i want to do is test the upload image feature UE4. i went through the steps in the PDF to upload an image and store it on my server. I have included the files for you to take a look at as nothing is getting submitted. In other web assist UE4 'create email' the form action is automatically created but nothing for this form. Nothing is mentioned in the PDF tutorial and I only complete each step literally. What am i doing wrong?

fixed the issue

i fixed the above issue - i was in code view adding the upload and submit button and the file upload code. As soon as i did the same thing in design view in DW it worked like a charm.

The reason for this is that in the form you created, the method is get, whereas the upload code uses the post method. When creating a form in the design view the form gets generated as a post while if you add it in the code view, you have a choice between get and post.
