Won't read all links and url's

I am having difficulty with Surveyor reading all the url's in my website. This site is built with Dreamweaver CS4 and is intergrated with PDG Commerce. It reads from a lot of templates inside PDG and not sure Surveyor can pick them up. the url is www.sedationresource.com
Also, I am getting the attached error. I have deleted the cache file and renamed the configuration file in Dreamweaver like I read on previous posts, but it still doesn't work. I am using Windows 7. Please see if someone can help me. thanks, L

The problem may have something to do with most of your pages being loaded up in the same page based on the url variables passed to it.

The error may be related to not being able to access the files. Try running Surveyor on a different file and see if you still get the error.

I ran it on another website I have www.sedationstethoscope.com I am not getting the error, but it is only reading the index....it doesn't access any of the html pages or any of the links.

Will not read past index

I am not getting an error message now, but surveyor will only read the index file. I have alot of dynamic pages in my website and different directories. It will only read the index which is in the site root - nothing further. Any suggestions?

Refund for Surveyor

Who do I talk to about getting a refund on this extension? It will not work on my website. It only crawls the first page. I have a lot of dynamic pages and I guess it just doesn't work for that. My site is integrated with PDG Commerce. Please let me know who to talk to.

It looks like it may be the markup not being validated that is causing the problem. When I go to the w3c validation service, and run your site through, I get 24 errors:
validator.w3.org/

Try fixing those errors and then running surveyor again.

I have cleaned up the errors on the validation and surveyor still will not work on my site. Please tell me how I can get a refund.

I ran the validator again and got 24 errors still. Are you sure you updated the correct files?

I did have some errors still, but now they are all corrected and Surveyor still will not run my site past the first level.

I'm still seeing the errors on the validator when I run it on your site:
check?uri=www.sedationstethoscope.com&charset=(detect+automatically)&doctype=Inline&group=0

Is that the site you were making the changes for?
