PRAISE for the new support!

I just wanted to throw in my 2¢ and THANK YOU For the fast and fantastic support from people like Ray. The one hesitancy I had about recommending WA products was the lack of forum support and the restrictive ticket support. It appears both those issues have been resolved with a much improved customer relationship.

Thanks guys!

I agree completely!
And thanks for moving the forum to vBulletin. I find myself much more active here since the switch.
An active forum is a great boon to the complex set of tools that WA offers.

Thanks, and keep up the great work!
