Cannot use Universal Email after installation

I buy a Universal Email from webassist last week but I can't use it. I can install it to dreamweaver cs3, but when I want to use the Universal Email, a pop up message " While executing timer in WA Universal Email.htm, a javascript error occured" appear. I've try to delete the .dat file as in the instruction, but after I delete the file, then re-open dreamwever, then I click to create email message, my dreamweaver will hang for a while then it will closed. Please help.

Which file do you need? See my attached files. Still getting the same errors even after deleting the WinCache file with DW closed, rebooting....etc etc. Still have the problem. Please tell me you have a fix for this. This is holding me and my project back and customer can't wait any longer

Ouch!

Jason, are you saying that I have to uninstall or disable all of my extensions and then delete the Config Folder? Now lets say I uninstall all of them, delete the WinCache file, and then reinstall them...Will this ruin or corrupt the code in my pages that have already been built by the WA extensions (i.e. DataAssist, DigitalFilePro...etc)?

What is causing the config folder to become corrupt. I have several WA extensions that I have installed into my DW so I am well aware of the procedures on uninstalling previous versions before installing the new ones, and so on.

Renaming the config folder will disable the extensions for you.

This will not have any effect on the pages you have created.

There are many possible causes to the config folder becoming corrupted. sometimes it can just happen as a result of Dreamweaver crashing.
