paypal email modification~Needle in a haystack :(

Hello,

I'm probably trying to reinvent the wheel here...lol..
But, I simply CANNOT find anywhere in ecart4 where I can modify paypal email address.
I've looked through everything.

When I click on ecart object...
Paypal info is not an option there.

I figure this should be a "no brainer"..(and I guess mine is fried) as I can't find it.
I would hope I would not have to redo an entire cart to be able to modify the paypal email info...?....

Would someone...anyone, help me find where I change this in the code~

Thank you in advance....:)
