Not Validating Selects

I have about 15 text fields and a sample select such as:

<select name="memberstatus">
<option value="">Please select your membership status...</option>
<option value="Active">Active</option>
<option value="New Member">New Member</option>
<option value="Student">Student</option>
<option value="Life">Life</option>
</select>

All text fields validate fine until I add validation to a select field, all other validation is ignored including the dropdown.

I've cleared the validation code from the page and downloaded the latest version of the extension.

Any suggestions?

FYI. I recently upgraded to the Macintosh. I tested Validation Toolkit 2.3.3 on Windows and it worked fine. When I try Validation Toolkit 2.34 on the Macintosh, the dropdown menus, radio buttons and check boxes are ignored. Is there a way I can download the 2.3.3 release of the Valdiation toolkit so I can try to resolve my problem?
