Javascript error when creating a new menu

I have just had some trouble with menu writer.
I removed it then re installed it but I am still getting the same error message when it tries to create the new menu
error generating menu (wa. generate.menu):
type error: MM.WA_createProcessingObject is not a
function
I can't seem to make a new menu no how....

Try deleting the Dreamweaver cache file from the users configuration folder.

I had already done this.
I may have not restarted dreamweaver.
I has worked this time...

Yes, Dreamweaver must be closed when you delete the cache file.

I have seen some instances where you also need to reboot the computer and delete the cache file again for it to work.
