I see from your screen shot that you have created a few content areas already. Is this a problem that was present from the start or did it start occurring after adding content areas?

do the HTML Editor menu items not show when editing all content areas? or just the one in the screen shot?

Appears on all screens. The pages are blank test.
For beginning, I also replaced the cms folder. (PHP 5 with MAMP 1.9, dreamweaver 9)
