Uploaded photo information not stored in DB

I made in DataAssist the insertform, create files for photo´s and in the file manipulation I created upload files(Photos). The first time I had it working, I thought, but had re-installed the insertform and the photo´s are not uploaded in de database. They are uploaded in the picsdirectory, but missing the database link. I also made a new insertform under different directory, but still the same, no upload in db
Please help! I put this thread to Dataassist

For Digital File Pro, files are uploaded to the directory and file information is returned after the file is uploaded. It will not automatically insert the image information into the database. If you open up the page and take a look at the bindings in a page where the upload is applied, you'll see that there is a section for the upload that you can use to insert the information you want into the database.
