UPS Shipping quote is double what it should be -Urgent

Hello,

Is anyone else having issues with UPS real time quotes?

I just started having issues over the weekend with my quotes. The are all off, What should be 12.77 (I checked with UPS online quotes) is showing up as 25.54 on my confirm page.
I downloaded a new XML key but still have the same issue.

The URL is 24sevenpet.com

Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated since we are live and could lose a lot of business.

Please post a support incident. Somebody will need to look at the code in order to debug it. Check the cart rules and make sure the same shipping rule isn't added twice somehow.
