Additional Checkbox

I need to add an additional checkbox to my clothing store. This way if they check the checkbox it will let me know they want to see a sample first. I tried adding it into my Cart_Store_VB.asp file but it doesn't like it:

I've changed everything back to before. I go to my ecart object and make a new column named Sample. I then go to a product page and add updatable checkbox and I want it to say "Sample Need" if checked & "Sample Not Needed" if not checked. But I still get errors, please go to: 29M.asp and see for yourself.

Now I get no errors but it doesn't transfer any info over to summary page.

I changed "Sample" to jump menu and it seems to work now. I still would like to know a thread that tells you how to add more checkboxes to a static store and the info transfers over to a summary page.
