Site Import not processing site

I am using SiteImport with Dreamweaver CS3.

Nothing is happening after I walk through the steps.

The progress bar just sits there and I have to exit out of Dreamweaver to try it again.

I've tried several sites. It just isn't working.

Please help ASAP.

Thanks

try deleting the Dreamweaver cache file from the users configuration folder:
common_installation_issues.pdf

If you still have problems, please post back a copy of the WAImportLog.txt file created in the import folder and screen shots of the site import settings you are using.

I deleted that file already, after reading the same article. Nothing changed.

This is all I get in the WAImportLog.txt file:

"Importing URL: http://www.best-temecula-guide.com/index.html"

Nothing else....

You can see the website I'm trying to import above... Setting are mostly default after that.

Try creating a folder in the root of the c: drive called Imports, then a folder within the Imports folder called site:
c:\Imports\site

In site import select the sites older as your import location and try again.

Nothing Works for me either

If you get a fix... please let me know. I have DEAD AIR on the Mac too with this app. Very frustrating. However, not as frustrating as their support system.

Can you check the build of Dreamweaver that you are using.

Go to Dreamweaver - > About Dreamweaver. Click the about dialog box once to force it to scroll to the end and not the Version and Build Number.

Also, what is the path you are setting the site to import to? can you send a screen shot showing the Settings you are using on the site import screen.
