CSS Sculptor will not load and crashes Dreamweaver

CSS Sculptor will not load and crashes Dreamweaver

Since loading the Surveyor extension, Dreamweaver has behaved erratically - eg, the command function does not work - so all activities have to be done via the pulldown menus and not using keyboard shortcuts.

Now I want to start a new site - and CSS sculptor will not load. It gives an error message:

While executing onLoad in wacs_quickinsert.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred:

In file "wacs_quickinsert":
iniialiseUI is not defined

I have switched off surveor, and deleted and reinstalled CSS Sculptor, but the same problem persists.

Help please
