submit button in ie7

I have a search form that in IE7 shows up with no results if pressing enter, yet works fine when clicking mouse button. The url that shows up when clicking mouse is
/reverse_results.php?S_num=&S_phone=555-555-1212&Search.x=36&Search.y=7
but when pressing submit it shows up as
/reverse_results.php?S_num=&S_phone=555-555-1212
Please advise, thanks.

Do you have a url where we can see this behavior?

url

reverse_search.php
In Internet Explorer, 6, 7 or 8
first type in 732-905-0898 and press enter. You will not get results. Then do it again and click with mouse, and the results come up.
Thanks.

This is an issue with IE and having only one form element. If you add an additional form element and make it hidden, the value should be posted and you should get results.

I looked up the error and it appears that the second input has to be a text input but displayed as none:
form-submit-by-enter-key-and-internet-explorer/
