Cart allowing one item

Cart allowing one item

I am using a dynamically driven product list that works perfectly. I also have an add to cart button that obviously adds the mail to the cart. I also have a cart manager. My issue is when I add multiple items to my cart, only the latest item appears. So in other words the cart will only allow one item to be in the cart at a time. Help Please.
