running php in safe mode

I have purchased PoweCMS 2.0.0 and try to use it on my site.
If i want to install it on the site i get the message that PHP is running in safe mode.

I have connected whit my provider and they say that if they turn the safe mode off that I am responsible for the fact when the site get hacked en there is damige on the other sides.

It is a MySQL database that runs PHP in safe.

Is there a solution that i can use the newest PowerCMS on this server?

NO, there are a number of PHP functions that are used by PowerCMS2 that are disabled when the server is set to run in Safe Mode.

PowerCMS Cannot be used on a host that is running in safe mode.

Safe mode must be turned of on the host to be able to use PowerCMS.
