Duplicate entry '86' for key 1

What's this. I am so frustrated with eCart and universal email and search wizard ... uggh! The documentation is weak. There are so many holes or unanswered possibilities in the documentation it's killing me. One thing gets fixed and another problem comes up.

I'm beginning to think learning PHP from scratch may be easier.

Anybody know what "Duplicate entry '86' for key 1" is about?

Time for a cocktail.

This happens if you try to insert a value that a row already has inserted into the database in a column that is supposed to be unique. Can you check to make sure that there isn't a value 86 already inserted into the database for your unique column?

Thanks Jimmy, that helps

Yes, that was it. Not sure why, but at least I know where to start looking. Funny how things make sense once you understand it. Ha. Thanks again.

No problem, glad it was something simple like that. If you run into any additional issues, feel free to open a new thread.
