Relaxing complexity requirements for passwords

Can I do this in the User Registration page using the Security Assist extension? My client is looking for simpler passwords (the password protection in my particular application is only for convenience really - there is not a great security risk).

Thanks,

Murray

The restrictions on the password are not added in by SecurityAssist. You would use either Validaton Toolkit or Form Builder to edit the restrictions. If you have one of these installed, you can look in the server behaviors panel and find the WA Server Validations server behavior and double click on it to edit. The ones that you would want to edit have to do with the UserPassword field. How simple of passwords was your client looking to enter?

Thanks, Jimmy. Simple = 6 letters....

Ok, thanks, do you have CSS Form Builder or Validation Toolkit? If not, I can instruct you on the changes you need to make manually.
