eCart5/SagePay confirm page problems

eCart5 shopping cart working but checkout to confirm page problems with SagePay as follows:

Confirm page goes to the failure page. Tried the "Debugging" tutorial and get the error Status code: INVALID

Also, if this is local checkout (or notified), where does the customer enter his credit card details? I didn't choose the "remote" option in the wizard. If I do need to start again, do I simply delete the pages created by the wizard and run it a second time?

Help on these needed quickly if possible please.

In addition to the error message on the page you are getting to you should add the full request and full response info, this should give you a more specific cause for the error.

When you use Sage Pay there is no local checkout option, you can choose either remote or notification checkout. The notification checkout should produce a checkout that you can enter a credit card into and keep the user on your site.

If you need to start over again you can delete all of the checkout files and use the checkout wizard to recreate them. It is always a good idea to make a backup of any pages first just in case.

Thanks Eric, understood.

I only got the one error message (Status code: INVALID) using the error reporting code on the checkout failure page below. From the lack of error information I'm guessing this means I'm missing some serious detail in the Protx_VSPForm.php page?

Success: <?php echo $_SESSION["Protx_VSPServer_Success"]; ?><br />
Status code: <?php echo $_SESSION["Protx_VSPServer_StatusCode"]; ?><br />
Error message: <?php echo $_SESSION["Protx_VSPServer_ErrorMessage"]; ?><br />
Bug report:
Success: <?php echo $Protx_VSPServer_Auth["Success"]; ?><br />
Status code: <?php echo $Protx_VSPServer_Auth["StatusCode"]; ?><br />
Error message: <?php echo $Protx_VSPServer_Auth["ErrorMessage"]; ?><br />
Vendor trans code: <?php echo $Protx_VSPServer_Auth["VendorTxCode"]; ?><br />
SagePay Trans ID: <?php echo $Protx_VSPServer_Auth["VPSTxId"]; ?><br />
Security Key: <?php echo $Protx_VSPServer_Auth["SecurityKey"]; ?><br />
Next URL: <?php echo $Protx_VSPServer_Auth["NextURL"]; ?><br />
Full response: <?php echo $Protx_VSPServer_Auth["FullResponse"]; ?></p>

We and SagePay cannot get this to work. Their Tech Support say we can use forms, remote server or direct. We would prefer direct, IE payment processing on our server. To do this where is the url "https://test.sagepay.com/gateway/service/vspdirect-register.vsp" in eCart?

At the moment we're getting INVALID. Can you point me to the right pages to code please.

Do I need to get it working in an "iframe" to work". If so, how does that work?

Should I change protx to sagepay sitewide?

I've recreated all the checkout pages, same result (INVALID). SagePay won't support me until I get the pages at least talking to their server. I'm taking the "notification checkout" option as quoted [When you use Sage Pay there is no local checkout option, you can choose either remote or notification checkout. The notification checkout should produce a checkout that you can enter a credit card into and keep the user on your site] But

There are no credit card fields.

Very confused and running out of time. Where do go from here?
