unable to start

when ever i try to start up the web chart but i keeps saying that i have to save the file.

the thing is i have saved the file and it still shows me the same message.

even i have downloaded the sample files and open it, still it gives me the same message.

please help!

Do you have a site defined in Dreamweaver and is the page saved to that site?
