error

Hi

I went to upgrade a csm1 installation on a page using the user registration module.

The set up goes through and asks me if I want to convert/import data into the new format.

When I test the page I getr the following error

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare WA_AuthenticateUser() (previously declared in C:\wamp\www\1stmodelagency\WA_SecurityAssist\Helper_PHP.php:10) in C:\wamp\www\1stmodelagency\PowerCMS\WA_SecurityAssist\Helper_PHP.php on line 48

I have compared the two files and they are different.
I gather I'm re decaleing something. what do I comment out and in what file?

thanks

Ian

update

Been checking my site and I use two logon sequences, one using the user registration solution and the other using the the security assist extension.

On both of these pages which contain a cms section I get the error

thanks

there are two require once lines on the page to add the security assist helper file, remove one of them.

update

Hi Jason

sorry to be a pain I've attached the logon file and I can only see one call for helper_php.php

Is it called via the cms2 code? In any case as the files appear to be different which one should be deleted

cheers

Ian

more problems

Hi

I deleted the line in users_login.php andthat page now loads.

When a user logs in the error is now displayed and the address moves to
users_profile.php

I went into that file and deleted the same line but that has the effect of preventing the page from redirecting to users_profile.php ie it stays on login.php

any ideas?

thanks

add this into the page:
<?php require_once( "WA_SscurityAssist/HelperGroupsRulesPHP.php" ); ?>

update

Hi Jason

I assume the fingers went a bit wrong ;-) so I deleted the line

<?php // require_once( "WA_SecurityAssist/Helper_PHP.php" ); //?>

and added

<?php require_once( "WA_SecurityAssist/HelperGroupsRulesPHP.php" ); ?>

into the head of users_profile.php

If I now preview the page on my local test server I get the error

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare WA_Auth_GetComparisonsForRule() (previously declared in C:\wamp\www\1stmodelagency\PowerCMS\WA_SecurityAssist\HelperGroupsRulesPHP.php:2) in C:\wamp\www\1stmodelagency\WA_SecurityAssist\HelperGroupsRulesPHP.php on line 46

I say, isn't life fun?

cheers

I was stumped on this one for a bit, but I think I have a work around.

get your pages back to where the where before, then make a backup copy of the PowerCMS/WA_CMS/WA_CMS.php file, save it as WA_CMS2.php

In the backup version, comment out line 5:
//require_once( "../WA_SecurityAssist/Helper_PHP.php" );

on your pages, cahnge the following:
<?php include("PowerCMS/WA_CMS/WA_CMS.php"); ?>

to:
<?php include("PowerCMS/WA_CMS/WA_CMS2.php"); ?>
