Recipe files needed for Dreamweaver book

I am reading the book Macromedia Dreamweaver 8 Recipes. The entire book is made up of recipes which require files that are supposed to be on recipes but the link is invalid. Is there any way to get the files (including the extensions and scripts)

Thanks.

Hey there Jason Not sure if you still have the files associated with dreamweaver 8 recipes book but thought I'd check. I have the cd, book and can register later but was looking at the conference room files but don't have the db files. Any chance I could get the SQL file?

The SQL File is on the CD in the Datasource_Files folder.

Yea I can't find the disc at this time. I had taken the conference room files off and put on an external drive awhile ago and thought the sql file to create db would be in folder as if they were all separate applications.
