no live edits, no developer notes!!

Please I need a representative from web assist to check what's going on. I recently upgraded from CMS1 and now the developer notes are all gone, and I've never seen the live edits icons in my site. The developer notes will appear only when I make a update on the section, but will disappear when I check back on then for some some reason....

I'm already having a really bad time on the license change, so I hope i will get help soon.

It would help us help you if you provided a link to your CMS. This issue has not been reported by anyone else, so we have no immediate solution.

Sorry, we're going to need a username and password to see what is going on. I'd recommend creating a SuperAdmin username and password that you can provide while this is troubleshooted, and then you can change it when the problem is solved.

got the live edit... but still no developer notes

This may be the reason why you are not seeing the Developer Notes.

Developer Notes do not display for additional Admin accounts you create in PowerCMS.

Those accounts are intended for an end-user or client and aren't expected to be adding code to pages. However, the Developer Notes should show for all content areas if you are logged in as the Super Admin.

Still, if you want us to take a look at your issue, we'll need to be able to log in.
