Surveyor Not Submitting

Hello,

Surveyor is Not Submitting to the Search engines. Before we would get a few notices as usual via the web browser. Now we hit the submit button and the application UI disappears, then nothing happens.

We are using CS3 and never had this issue before. We even uninstalled the older version, then installed the newer version so we are up to date now, same results.

Please advise if anyone has a cure for this.

Is this happening for all sites or just a specific site? Do you have the sitemap stored locally or on a live server?

What is the behavior when you try to submit a sitemap? Do you get any error messages, any browser windows open up or anything like that?

Hello,

When we hit the submit button, the Application diapers, no web browsers open (they used to...), no errors either. You just click the submit and nothing happens, weird.
I have tried many different options - un-ticking, ticking the application options, but the same end results.

I am on a Mac all is current, software is all current ++ but this never happened before.

Did you install any extensions between when the extension was working and when it stopped working? Do all the other extensions you have installed work fine?

Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the extension?

Did you completely remove the previous version before installing the latest?

Hello,

Yes, we un-installed the extension, then installed the new one. We updated a few WebAssist extension, but nothing that come to mind that was installed before or after we noticed this interruption. Since we are on a Mac, maybe we will try to create a new user and see is the fresh preferences will cure this too?

Eventually we will find this issue I am sure...

Do you have any firewall, security or virus scan software running while running the extension?

Did you install using the same user that you are running it on? Are you installing on the Administrator user?

Surveyor has stopped submitting

I'm having the same problem with Surveyor submitting fine and then has just recently stopped. Any help would be appreciated.

Could you elaborate a little more on the behavior of surveyor when it doesn't submit? Does it pop up any error messages or browser windows, etc?
