How to edit source images and save to?

I downloaded the support files for Site Assist and can see there are Photoshop PSD's and Fireworks PNG's, however, it is not clear to me where I would save/export modified versions of these files. Is there a tutorial that would describe how this is done?

The support files in the download center correspond to working with the solution recipes on the support page:

How to modify designs to your own style

Maybe I am asking this the wrong way.

I can see there are Photoshop and Fireworks files that contain the layout for SiteAssist designs. What if I wanted to change the photos from Eye Care, to Technology products, and change coloring etc to create my own design. Where would I save my output ? These additional template source files are great, but how do I modify them to come up with something unique for my own use? That's the part I am not understanding.

You will have to put the images into a certain format and naming scheme. To look at the way the images and files should be layed out, you can go into Preset Manager and export one of the presets there. Then you can structure your preset the same way and then import it again.
