Menu Writer not working with DW CS4 on a MAC (Snow Leopard 10.6.3)

Just purchased Menu Machine. Followed the directions exactly. When the menu was being generated, the site tools popped up but the progress bar stayed yellow. No change after letting it run overnight. I enabled the Invisible Elements - Scripts option in DW's preferences. I am unable to edit the menu, however, the initially generated menu does show up on the page ( header_css_menu_writer.php ) This is the code that was inserted by Menu Writer:
<?php require_once("CSSMenuWriter/cssmw0/menu.php"); ?>

Really hoping to get this going today.

In addition to the invisible script elements being enabled you may also need to go to view > visual aids and ensure that invisible elements are checked here.

Just to be clear you are able to create the menus with MenuWriter but are just unable to edit them, correct?

Please post back and let us know if this resolves the issue, if not I will open a ticket for you so we can look into the matter further.

I posted another picture to show you that the Invisible Elements option was also already checked in the View menu. Yes, I can create the menus with MenuWriter, but I am unabel to edit them.
