The page editing functionality is not based on a drag and drop interface but you can add and remove content from a page very easily. Have you seen the demo site for the new PowerCMS2? I think this is the best way to get a feel for how it works and how you can interact with it:

Hello Eric, yes is the best way but my customer request me a interface like this:

_page1
| |___sub page (up+ down-)
|
|__page2
| |___sub page (up+ down-)
| |___sub page (up+ down-)
| |___sub page (up+ down-)
|
|__page3
| |___sub page (up+ down-)
|

Not drag and drop interface but possibility to change the page order like tree.

The interface is not quite like this, it shows the pages and regions in a hierarchical order but you cannot rearrange the order with up and down errors, you can just add or delete an entry. When an entry is selected you can view the history and revert back to any version.
