upload folder setting not being saved correctly

upload folder setting not being saved correctly

For some reason, I am not able to change the location of the file upload folder for my HTML editor. When I use the browse button and navigate to my folder "uploads" which is off the site root and press SELECT, what is displayed is just "/". So basically all my uploaded files are dumped in the site root. I have already changed the permission for my upload folder. If I just type "/uploads/" instead of using the browse button, I get the message "Unload not available" when I test the editor. I also do not get the "BROWSE SERVER" button when I try to insert an image or hyperlink.

Thanks,
Cynthia

When you configured your HTML Editor instance did you select to enable advanced file management? What settings exactly did you specify in the interface? Please post back with this detail and include a copy of the page that has the instance on it and the HTMLEditor folder from your site. I will use your files to try and see what you are experiencing and determine if there is a better setting for you to use for this.
