When you craft the message body you can use the bindings from the form to add in any of the info that was entered on the form. Just open the message page and go to the bindings tab to drag and drop the bindings onto the page where you would like to see them.

problem with form

I should point out that I don’t know anything about coding. What I want the form to do is send the info to a email address that I designated when I was (creating email message with universal email 4) in the form.

We have a Solution Recipe that details this a little bit further, it was designed around UE 3 but the ideas are the same.

This info is on the Universal Email support page in the section titled 'archived documentation' on the left. There is no coding that is needed to get the form info into an email message, you just need to drag the bindings for the info onto the page.

Would be nice to have some instructions on how to code the body. One line of dump is not a good method.

Also your archived docs are not where you said they are.

Come on guys, this should not be so hard?

Post a link to the docs, might help others. Those videos are worthless for version 4.

The one line of code will get you all of the form elements values in the email message. If you want to have more control over the contents of the body you can use the bindings to just drag and drop the values into the message where you would like to see them.

Sorry, the archived docs link is on the right side of the page, not the left. My bad.

The links I posted are live links to these docs, we do not have a pdf for these, just the videos. Is there a specific part of the process that you are having a hard time with? Please post back with any questions that you have.
