Menu does not produce

I have setup my basic html files and am ready to put in a menu, when i go to the menu write and put in the details and click ok it takes me to "WebAssist Site tools menus" allows a drop down and says "menu writer" initializing - and allows for text input, has a clickable go button, but does nothign when clicked. Basically it's not creating a menu as far as I can tell. What am i missing? I have reinstalled the extension twice and get the same results.
I have menu writer 2.0 CS3 and vista 64 bit.

Try opening the site tools panel first, then dock it within DW to the other panels like the files and application. Once you have it docked you should start the wizard to apply a menu to the page, when you finish in the wizard the site tools panel should show you the status of the menu creation, it should list the activity and the time. Once it is done you should see a menu on your page. Please give it a try like this and let us know how it works for you.

I docked the site tools into DW. I then started the wizard by clicking on insert--WebAssist---Menu Writer. I created the menu i desired and clicked ok, the site tools popped up, what appeard to be a status bar filled up about 1/8 full of blue, the rest yellow, blew stated it was initializing and the progress run time at 0.00.
The go button did nothing when clicked.

I let it initialze for 3 hours before i decided it wasn't going to do anything.

You are very patient, 3 hours should definitely have been enough time. I have opened a ticket for you on this issue so that it can be looked into further. To check the status of your ticket or update it login and visit your support history.
