CMS2 creating new pages

Having watched the video about CMS2 I am unsure of something...

Does CMS 2 now create new pages on the fly meaning my client doesn't have to constantly ask me to do it for them?

PowerCMS allows you to create a template that the user can add pages with, but the user will not be able to create the template. You will have to add the template. So if the user is adding pages that are very similar, then you can use the template feature to allow them to add those pages.
