can't activate irite

I had irite installed on my computer, but ran into some problems and had to uninstall. I've reinstalled it, but now it's asking for the activation key. I work at a state agency and even though I'm able to get around our firewall, I'm still not able to activate irite. Can someone activate irite for me? Thanks.

I checked our records and it looks like this isn't the account you purchased iRite on. Do you know which email address you used to purchase iRite?

it was probably pat.surline@tax.idaho.gov or maybe patricia.surline@tax.idaho.gov
