Submitting form in UE

Sometimes I think I'm just too dumb to be using this stuff. I created a form and am using UE to email the form. Unfortunately it's coming through blank. I know how to do this in UE 3 but 4 is different. I need to get this fixed today even if I have to uninstall UE4 and reinstall UE3.

In the body section I'm clicking on edit. Then I click on the little bolt in the bottom right and this brings up the fields in the form. One at a time I added each field to the body. Unfortunately the form comes back blank. I have a really irate customer who is losing orders. How do I get the fields of the form to come in the email?

Thanks.

Okay I killed the page and recreated it. The information now comes through. Whew! However it all comes through in one long line. How do I tell it to display each field on a separate line?

Thanks
