eCart - diffrent shipping/billing addresses

I'm confused about something in the eCart checkout wizard. Why does the checkout page include billing information/address area, but not shipping? This is a common scenario, where a different shipping address is used. I'm just curious as to why only one address, the billing address is offered. I'm ending up writing my own on the page, but it sure would be nice if it was already included as a default.

It would be included normally unless you chose not to include shipping when running the wizard.

So if I run the shipping wizard, using one of the real-time shipping options, then the shipping address area will show up? I have not used real-time shipping yet - my clients have been satisfied with me building a shipping rate look-up table for them. Is using the shipping wizard the only way that the shipping fields will be placed on the checkout form automatically?

It has been a while but I think there are really three options when running the wizard:

"I don't ship", "I ship but I do it myself", or "I use real time shipping"

You chose "I don't ship" which doesn't give you shipping fields. If you choose that you do ship, but you don't want to use a real time quote it will also add the shipping fields.
