PS 3 database questions

Hi,

As I work my way through setting up my database I notice there is no field on the item to indicate what category it belongs to.

Yes there is the ps3_productcategories but why not include that in the ps3_products table?

Thanks,

Because we want a single product to be able to be in more than one category.

Database examples

OK I can understand that easy enough.

Part of what I am struggling with is what information wants to be in what field.

Either a sample database with data or good definitions would be very helpful.

I'm sure who ever designed it know the difference between ProductCategoryID and CategoryID.

I haven't a clue myself.

Thanks,
