eCart 5

My shopping cart is configured and working so now I am trying to complete the checkout and confirm pages by using the eCart checkout wizzard. It creates the checkout page fine but at the start of the confirm page it gives me a pattern mismatch error (screen shot attached) then I have to literally shut down DW and restart it. I have done this twice with the same results. I even deleted the winfile from the configuration folder.
This is a new computer with Windows 7 Professional and all the exrensions were installed fresh in DW cs4. I had this same problem a long time ago when I first started with Vista but I can't remember how it was resolved. Please help I am stuck and can't go any further with my project!
Thank you

You may be experiencing an issue with a bad configuration folder. Here is a link with steps you can take to rename the folder if this is the issue. Please give this a try and let us know if you still experience the problem.
