The Upload Files_WA script does not define the findServerBehaviors function

I installed DFP2 after UE4 was installed. After learning that you can't have both installed I uninstalled DFP2 and UE4 and reinstalled UE4. Now when I load the php page I get the following error: The Upload Files_WA script does not define the findServerBehaviors function.

How do I correct the problem?

CS3 problem solved

Cs3 is now working. Had to uninstall WA extensions and reinstall and delete cache file.

Now I'm back to the original problem. the following error is received:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function imagecreatefromjpeg() in C:\webserver\Apache2\htdocs\purpleshoes\webassist\ file_manipulation\helperphp.php on line 865

How can this be corrected?
