Does UE4 only work with PHP

Does UE4 only work with PHP

I used UE3 with asp script files and CD0Sys, and these worked fine. As I cannot get UE4 to work at all is this because it only works with PHP pages?

That is correct, this version no longer supports ASP or CDOSYS. You will have to go back to V3 in order to continue to use ASP.
