POS integration

Does anyone have any suggestions with integrating the inventory in a PowerStore3 website with the inventory in a Point of Sale (POS) system at a physical store?

PowerStore is great, easy to set up and easy to customize. Plus tons of cool features. As a stand alone web store it is perfect! The final key would be to integrate it with a physical store inventory. Is there anyone who has had success with this?
