Security Assist help from the beginning

Just downloaded Security Assist yesterday (3/23/10), the video looked like something that I am interested in.
Now that I have downloaded and installed the instentions, security Assist and Cookie Toolkit.

I have not sure how to actually use it. I have my site up and working from SiteAssist Professional. I now want to implement a username and password to access a particular page within my site.

I am not sure at all where to start. HELP please.

I have read the notes but I guess I dont understand them. I will be using a access database table. thats about all I got out of the notes.

Thanks in advance for your help,

Shawn

This page have a few vidoes and pdfs that should help you get started.

But basically, you will need to run the Security Assist wizard to generate your login, registration, logout, forgot password pages, and you should be able to select the SiteAssist Pro template if you are using SiteAssist Pro for your site.

If you have the forms already created and you just want to use Security Assist to register or login a user, then you will need to use the Security Assist Server Behaviors, and those are located under (Window -> Server Behavior) and click the + button and then select Security Assist.

If you still have any questions, let me know.

I recommend that you run through the wizard on a test site first so you are familiar with the settings and the options in the wizard.

Run through wizard

I would like to run through the wizard but I do not have the option to use the wizard its greyed out.
I have not / do not know how to activate the security assist. I was successful at activating site assist and maps pro but do not know where to go to activate security assist.
Maybe thats my problem. Help

Thanks,
Shawn

First, you need to make sure you have a site set up, and make sure to set up a testing server with the server language you want to use (asp, php, or cold fusion). The security Assist option should be under the Insert -> WebAssist. It is probably grayed out because you have an html file open, but you need a server side site set up first.
