PowerGallery Slideshow & other help with PowerGallery

Hi, I notice other members on the forum have setup slideshows with PowerGallery. I may be crazy however I have no idea how or where you setup a gallery as a slideshow. It is not in my list of "choose design" through the admin interface. Can someone please tell me where I get the slideshow or if it's something I have to make & if it's something I have to make, how would I go about starting that? I thought slideshows was one of Powergallery's features however I cannot find it. Excuse my stupidity.

Also I am having some trouble centering some galleries on a site which can be found here: mychoice.php - any ideas as to why I can't get it centered? username: pol - password: 222222

Off the topic question. Someone wants me to embed a streaming MP3 (music) onto one of the pages of his site to be used with a slideshow. This can't be done with PowerGallery, however do you know of any way I can easily do this?

Thanks so much!

Did you download the 1.1.0 release of PowerGallery? The slideshow galleries are updates that were released in 1.1.0. If you didn't make the update, then you wouldn't have the slideshow option. If you do, you would have to go into the admin pages and go to the choose design tab. The slideshow options should be at the bottom.

The gallery looks fairly centered to me.

You can try to just use the embed tags and put the mp3 there. The mp3 would be played by the default player. If not, there are other scripts that will automatically play the song that I haven't experimented with.

I did not see there was an update. Good to know ;)

So if I update this, uploading these new files overwriting my current ones on the server, I am most likely going to loose all the branding I put in place & have to spend the time again re-brand?

What else is updating with this update other then some galleries / slideshows? It's a pain to remove all the references to Webassist & I need to know this update is worth the trouble.

What if I just uploaded the gallery templates files into the right folder for the slideshow, will that work?

Thanks!

The things that were updated are listed in the download center of the under the release notes.

You will have to make the changes if you do the update. I would recommend just re-installing all the files, since most of the files have changes in them.
