Alan Winthrop

Can I subdivide a menu with colours.

Hello,

I am seeking some advice on if Theme-It will enable me to simply alter some of my side menu built with Menu Writer.

My site is built on Dreamweaver CS3, on XP, using Site Assist and Menu writer.
My side menu is a long one and is all the same colour throughout.
It has been built direct and not from a data base.

I am seeking to simply subdivide the menu into different colour bands to differentiate different zones of information.

Can I achieve this easily using this extension?

Perhaps you could kindly advise and look at the existing long navigation menu on the site
www.triplantanol.com to give you a better idea of what I am talking about.

I have not yet purchased this product, and await your advice.

Many thanks for your attention
Alan

I'm afraid theme-it won't be able to achieve what you are trying to do, because the way the color is applied is global, so you won't be able to make that update and apply it to part of the menu.
