Upgrades

Hi

sent an email to sales butno response. Is there an upgrade path from V3 to V4? It's not listed in my account

It should be listed... make sure you are logged into an account that owns UE v3.

You can always call sales and they can help you figure it out and give you the correct price.

my account does list V3 but the upgrade button does not list any upgrade.

I did email sales but receive no response

We looked into your account and found the problem. The update path should be available in the next hour or two. Check the update center and let me know if you have any more issues.
