New Universal Email 4 - lost my templates

Hi, I installed UE4. Now I have no templates associated with my emails in Power Store 2 (may effect PS3 as well).

My emails are blank - with no content.
With confirm.php - In the server behaviour, I tried to check the box, save a file then browse for the template, but this didnt 'stick'.

What has happened and how do I fix all email's???

Installing UE4 alone wouldn't change any code on your pages. So something else must have happened. We'll have to investigate more if you don't have any info.

The email templates are stored in UniversalEmail/Templates/ so you can probably open up UE on the pages that it isn't working on and re-assign the template locations if that is the problem.

Something very wrong

Hi,
I had opened the server behaviour to check it. Now I have lost the body. When I check the box "create file" - should I be naviagting to a template file?
When I do this I press finish and nothing has changed. If I reopen, there is nothing in preview and no link to a file.

Today, I tried to add an email to another form/page. I tried three times, but I have no Server behaviour (no UE) - it is like pressing Finish is Cancelling

I have opened a support incident so that somebody can look into this with you directly. I'm not sure what might be causing this experience, so having an engineer work through it with you is probably the fastest way to get to the bottom of it.

Please update your support incident to include a phone number where we can reach you.
