Image slideshows.

Hi

I think it would be good if you created image sideshows, cover flows& gallery's based on javascript (not flash) that makes it easier to implement galleries, sideshows, cover flows and give the user some interaction e.g. apples cover flow on iTunes.

I think that some sort of dynamic function would be good if you could take the name of the image from a database and then show the image and let the user scroll through the images and view larger ones on go to another website from that image.

That would be a very helpful extension as it is tedious to build a gallery and many galleries out there are fiddly to implement and do not work in all browsers.

Just a thought

Carl

lightbox 2

what about using lightbox 2. it is javascript and is easy to bind to a recordset.

There is also a modified version which runs a slideshow, by justinbarkuff.
